If you are nervous about paying over the Internet, you may send a cheque or postal order to Amandas Silver Boutique, 7 Taylor Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5JP, England. Make the cheque payable to Kevin Thomas. If paying by cheque, your order will not be released until the cheque has cleared. Please print off the order form and send it with your cheque.

The order confirmation is confirmation of the receipt of your order only, and is still subject to the products you have ordered being available. Amandas Silver Boutique will contact you if there is any unexpected delay on the delivery of your products or there is a problem with processing your payment.

If goods are not in stock at the time of receiving your order we will endeavour to contact you to agree a new delivery date.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days, however if due to stock levels or any other reason this is not possible, we will offer to cancel your order and issue a full refund or deliver your order as soon as the items become available.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice except that we will notify you of any change in price after the placing of your order giving you the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the new price.

1.4 Expected delivery times may vary from item to item. Any items with varied delivery times are located in the description area of the respective items.

1.5 Delivery times and costs. We aim to despatch all orders placed with us by noon on the same same day.

1.6 Returns You have the right to return your purchase without reason provided you notify us of your intention to do so within 7 days of the day you received your order and you take reasonable care of the goods while in your care.

The goods are deemed to be in your care until such time as they are returned to our premises. If goods are returned within 14 days of your notice to return them you will be fully refunded for your goods. Please note that due to hygiene considerations earrings, nose studs and belly bars are excluded from our returns policy, and therefore are not refunded or replaced.

You will cover the cost of returning the goods to us and our postage & packaging costs will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products should be sent with a copy of the receipt to: Returns Department, Amandas Silver Boutique, 7 Taylor Street, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5JP, England. The payment method used to purchase the goods will receive a refund within 30 days. If your payment was made by cheque, you will receive a cheque for the amount of the goods returned less postage & packaging within 30 days.

1.7 Privacy. To complete your order we need to collect some personal information such as your name and address.

This is used purely to fulfil your order and will be stored in compliance with Data Protection legislation.

Any supplementary information is to improve the service we offer you such as informing you of offers and events or recommendations that suit your buying pattern or to change the look and feel of the site to reflect your preferences.

We may at some time in the future wish to pass on statistical information about our customers, sales patterns, traffic volumes and related matters to reputable third parties, however, the information will not identify individual customers.

We do not hold information relating to the credit/debit card used to make purchases through our web site.
